I keep feeling miraculously better and then hours later am reduced back to barely being able to walk. I feel like 12-24 hours after ART I have a massive setback. Anyone ever experience this before? Maybe my cortisone is wearing off. Who knows. I need a new foot. |

I have never used them during the actual ride/run, but I do plan to use them before and after. I will probably take 3 about a half hour prior to the strt and the rest of the bottle  after.. It is probably too late for me to experiment with using them during now...Randy |

Page 20 of the Athlete's Guide only has the following information, which doesn't fully answer the question: " Bike tech services Ironman Bike Store, the official bike shop and technical provider of the event, will open their event store and tech service center Thursday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Monona Terrace. They will be staffed by expert bike technicians and stocked with great deals on a variety of merchandise."
