I finally got a swim in today. I was the only one there and I pretended it was MY pool and the life guard was really my pool boy ready to go fetch a rum drink at my whim. It was fun while it lasted.

 

I love a nice empty pool!

Dinner is about ready to come out of the oven...

2 full racks of baby back ribs, chipolte-ranch  fries for the guys, garlic and sea salt potato wedges, asparagus, french bread for those who aren't gluten free, jasmine rice...

Hey peeps. Long day at work and in life. I walked to get my peach in. I walked about 20 minutes total but logged 15. I hate logging non swim, bike, run, strength time, but I'm determined to stay peachy even on my off days. I have a trainer ride tomorrow.

morning came and aloe vera had worked pretty well! only slightly painfull... did my peaches right after i woke up, actual sports are still to do, though.
