Good morning Gobblers!  I'm so glad it's Friday, even though I already had a weekend in the middle of my week with the tropical storm/hurricane blowing through.  What's everyone up to this weekend?  It's race season (running) down here, but I'm skipping this weekend and racing next weekend.  We're heading to Orlando for a few days to go be big kids instead, and also to celebrate our 25th anniversary!  The celebration is a week early because of work things we have to do, but when you are married to an airline pilot you have to take the days when they are available.

Have a super weekend!

Hope you have a great weekend!

I don't have any major plans here.  Just getting together with friends tomorrow to watch Iowa and Ohio State duel it out for the Big Ten title.

TGIF TEAM!!  I am heading back to medical practice today after an almost 4 year hiatus.  I hope  that starting on Friday the 13th isn't a bad omen.  Hoping to run when I get home although it looks like the storms you all were having have finally arrived in New England....it might be a little wet and WINDY!

Have a great day all!!

Good morning everyone!  It looks like it's close to being done raining.  We've gotten almost 6" since Tuesday.  A road near my house is starting to flood and it looks like the James River might flood in my area too.  Fun!

Hi Cheri, hope you have a fun anniversary celebration!  I'm flying down to Orlando for the weekend, but it's for work. At least it will be warm and dry.

TGIF back at you. How exciting to be back in practice. Friday the 13th has always been a good day for me. Hate it that you have the storms now but I am really (selfishly) glad that we don't here anymore.

Have fun!

Hello all and HAPPY FRIDAY,
Working from home today on this drizzly friday. I did a 40 min ride on the trainer & 30 min run brick... this marks a momentous occasion... that is the first brick I've ever done in the offseason! Love this challenge! Looks like a quiet weekend... Probably a Wii Resort night with the kids tonight and then who knows what magical, mystical adventures Saturday and Sunday hold... Idunno... maybe a haircut?
Have a great weekend, Gobblers!

Please have the spreadsheet updated with your progress by Sunday morning. I'll give everyone the Current Team Standings by Sunday afternoon.

I'm helping Dee out this weekend and doing the team updates, which will happen Sunday afternoon.  If it's not in the spreadsheet, it won't count for your totals this week.

Please let me know if you have any questions, concerns, etc.

Unfortunately, I'm not running.  Was supposed to, but that got derailed by surgery last month.  I'll just be cheering everyone on.  The river won't bother me.

It shouldn't affect the runners, although they do get pretty close at a few points.  It'll be interesting.

Hi team!  I am bailing on the run for today.  I think I am on track with my goals so it should be good.  Survived my first day back.  As did the patients.  I am subbing for spin in the am then will do a run. Celebrating my hubby's bday tomorrow so I have to get cooking.....scallops and creme brulee on tap.  Long run on Sunday then to my SIL for a family dinner.  should be busy but fun!!
