Does anyone know if you get anything for mastering tier 1 in Moscow. Have mastered everything and it says Confront Leader Dmitri Leonov. Have clicked on the get help once each day for 3 days now and always have people respond but nothing ever happens. Is there a certain amount of times I need to do this or is nothing suppose to happen?

I have the same problem....I wonder if it means we ARE done with the tier?  But I may try TJ's fix too....

If you are actually done with tier 1 it will reset and send you back to episode 1.

But what does it do once you finish all three?  It never fills in a bar for Dmitri....

jldicarlo - 2009-10-24 3:32 PM I have the SUV but not the pistol...I will see if I eventually get the pistol for the second level of Russia.

But now that I have a few businesses and can "get help" on the first boss fight daily I am going back to Cuba to finish it while my Russia just collects $$$$$.  Maybe by the time I get to DOING Russia I will have the cash.

So did anyone get all of the Halloween weekend loot? I think I got 5 of 8.  Also finally finished NY and 2 tiers of Cuba.  Having that Golden Throne sure makes things go faster.
