That's two of us. This has been a weird week. Monday felt like Friday and today felt like a Monday. Grr. At least I've got a good PT session scheduled for the morning tomorrow and some beer in the fridge scheduled for the evening.

I'm thinking chicken quesidillas.  It's all dependent on how motivated I get.

what happens if you arent motivated...toasted tortilla? or are you going to even take the time to toast....maybe just right out of the celophane? hope you find some motivation! do you need a kick start??? not that Im volunteering! haha

Don't worry, the posting will slow down eventually.  Or speed up.  One of the two

Holy cow!  I went to teach a couple of yoga classes and there are 10 more pages when I got back.  No way I'm going to keep up with this thread!

At this rate we are going to need a second thread before we get through the first full week of October.

I've got this 75 year old woman who comes to my yoga classes.  Great lady.  She's telling me tonight that she was swimming in the lake on Tuesday.  Here I am trying to keep wood burning so I don't freeze and she's jumping in the lake.  Tells me she warms up running back to the house.  And she's not even a triathlete.  I'm thinking I need to HTFU.

Yeah, right now my biggest concern is the swim.  The last tri I did was in a lake with a wading start.  The last few OWS swims in the ocean have been rough.  Got rolled a couple times in rough surf.  Once I'm on the bike, it's all gravy.

I went through all the pages I missed and now I'm hungry.  Can't imagine why.  Undecided

Maybe we should have named the team "Show Us Your Dinner".

jaxbamf73 - 2009-10-01 8:06 AM Hello TEAM!  Just entered my goal miles for the challenge.....100 miles!  Feel free to stop by my blog and give me a little motivation from time to time as I'm sure I'll need it.  I've never done 100 miles in a month and have averaged about 35 miles for the last few months.  But I have a 70.3 this weekend and start the marathon training on Monday.....

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ON REACHING YOUR GOAL!

100 MILES!!! Now I don't feel so great about my 50. Keep up the good work, and good luck in the 70.3

We're all where we are, that's why we get to set our own goals
.....  (justifying my 36 mile goal.)

so true... that's why my goal will hopefully lead me to running a marathon this month....... but I will run it two miles at a time over 13 sessions...  Wink

oh well we all gotta start somewhere !

Do you like country?  Because if you do I have some that I like, but most people I know don't like country!

I'll take the country.  Which songs do you run to?
