I went to teach a couple of yoga classes and there are 10 more pages when I got back. No way I'm going to keep up with this thread! She's telling me tonight that she was swimming in the lake on Tuesday. Here I am trying to keep wood burning so I don't freeze and she's jumping in the lake. Tells me she warms up running back to the house. And she's not even a triathlete. I'm thinking I need to HTFU. |

The last tri I did was in a lake with a wading start. The last few OWS swims in the ocean have been rough. Got rolled a couple times in rough surf. Once I'm on the bike, it's all gravy. |

Just entered my goal miles for the challenge.....100 miles! Feel free to stop by my blog and give me a little motivation from time to time as I'm sure I'll need it. I've never done 100 miles in a month and have averaged about 35 miles for the last few months. But I have a 70.3 this weekend and start the marathon training on Monday..... GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ON REACHING YOUR GOAL! 100 MILES!!! Now I don't feel so great about my 50. Keep up the good work, and good luck in the 70.3 We're all where we are, that's why we get to set our own goals..... (justifying my 36 mile goal.) so true... that's why my goal will hopefully lead me to running a marathon this month....... but I will run it two miles at a time over 13 sessions...  oh well we all gotta start somewhere ! |
