It is going to be in Dupont State forest on trails. I think I may be partially insane. Fun! I'm contemplating a February 1/2 trail run when I'm out in California Where are you gonna be staying out here? If you're down in the SD area make sure you let me know! I will be out in the Palo Alto area visiting my sister and her family so I probably won't make it down to SD. It appears I'm a year too late. They had been living in SD the last two years and that's where I'd taken my last two winter vacations. Too bad you can't make it down here, but have fun in Palo Alto! Should be a great trail race. It was wonderful How fun to have the pool all to yourself! When that happens I pretend I am rich and the guard is my pool boy! |

Elite 3144 | Subject: RE: Gabbing Gobblers - November Challenge Good evening Gobblers! 3.22 mile pace run to put me over 50% on the month, followed by an ST session (4/8). The ST session was going great until it got interrupted by an overflowing toilet. Grr... Tomorrow I have 6 miles planned. The weather should be nice (big surprise out here) so I'm planning on enjoying it thoroughly. I hope everyone is having a nice weekend so far! |

Master 3479 Utah | Subject: RE: Gabbing Gobblers - November Challenge Hi team. I am one session behind on my goal for the month. Not at 50%, even I hadn't missed that session, but that's ok. It's all in the plan, and I shouldn't have too much of an issue fitting the missed session in later. I will do my best to get to the spreadsheet tomorrow before I go to work. Night gab gobs! |

Need to get on the road for 8 miles today...hoping the rain holds off. It will be my longest run since my 1/2 mary in Feb. Then I am off to the cape for an early thanksgiving celebration. Glad I am burning some calories pre-feasting! Have a good day all! |

Champion 10742 Ames, IA | Subject: RE: Gabbing Gobblers - November Challenge I got in another swim workout this morning, which puts me at 75%. I might be upping that goal before the month is over. Now I'm trying to decide if I want to try a short test run to see how the hip is doing. I've been pain free for a couple of days, but part of me wants to be extra cautious. |

Elite 3144 | Subject: RE: Gabbing Gobblers - November Challenge Good afternoon Gobblers! I got my 6 miler in today and felt pretty good. Pace was right around 8:30 which is right where I was aiming, so I'm happy. Tomorrow I'm going to get in a nice ST session and some pool time if my schedule cooperates. Good job so far everyone. Second place isn't bad, but we can do better! Keep it up with the workouts and make sure they're getting logged! Let's finish STRONG Gobblers!!! |

I forgot to put my miles in the spreadsheet for today before I left for my SIL's so that might have effected our standings although probably not enough to bring us up in the standings. Soooo let's all get out there and pre-game some calories before the real feasting begins!!! |
