I am going to make it a "leg free" day.....thats what I call a day when I only swim. I wish my waterproof headphones were working.....I feel like swimming with music. Must order some new ones. How's swimming with a SwimP3 Helen? I was contemplating getting one a few months ago. Hi everyone! I've been away for a little while... I was sick all of last week and on was a course for the most part of this week. As far as the challenge goes, I think I will be able complete the swim before the end of the month. The bike and run portions are in jeopardy. I haven't put any bike kilometers thus far and have a little less than 10 km for the run. Same goes for the 100-days run challenge I signed up for; I intended to do 57 runs but will have missed 8 come Sunday. I will see how I could sneak an extra run in there or perhaps break an hour run in two 30 minutes runs and leave a minimum of 45 minutes in between as per the challenge's rules. Hope you are all doing well! ![]() Nathalie Edited by Nats 2010-01-15 8:18 AM |

Both are from H2Audio. Swimming with music is divine. Makes swimming more like running. Which everybody knows is way better than swimming!! ![]() |

Both parents Polish....they emigrated to Canada after the war. I knew it! My wife and her family are 100%, also, but don't speak the language. They only know a select few words. My wife's Grandma would throw in a couple of sentences here and there. She was a lot of fun. I miss her. She was the only Grandparent (even though not by blood) I ever got to meet. You eat "punchki" at all? Yummy! |

Veteran![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Quiet in here today. Just got back from my ride - went just over 50 miles in 3 hours. The trail was beautiful - 29 miles one way thru some beautiful terrain. Didnt see another soul for the first 25 miles - stopped briefly to refuel and headed back. Saw a lot of turkeys long the way, 2 BIG otters a couple llamas and an unidentified creature that crossed the trail a few hundred yards ahead of me - couldnt tell what it was. I took a few pics but need to figure out how to upload them - will upload them later. |
