Did run, biek and some core...pretty tired and crazy busy since school started again! AHHHHHHHH!!! Looking at coronary artery disease...note to everyone lifetime risk for men is 50% and women 40% for getting it...  ...crazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!Watched Joannie Rochette skate last night...so sad...her mom died on Sun morning from a heart attack and she still skated! Melindy - thanks for the heads up. Our Boot Camp instructor gave us some stats today - Avg Male can only do 7 pushups or something like that - 3 dips. Scary! I read about her skate - I refuse to watch figure skating - lol I'd bet money that you're above average! |

I think she's just fighting off some major sinus pressure. She thought she had a toothache, but sudafed got rid of it. Hmmm. I warned her not ot call me today--I am waitin' on the fedex guy and won't leave until I HAVE to. And I have to drive another girl home from school today--and I only want to make one trip to that school, LOL. I dosed her up with sudafed as she was walking out the door this morning. So far so good. |

I keep thinking I hear the delivery truck. Grrr. FedEx is bringing me my new bike today (and hubby's too, of course). I am extra worried that they only have 3 of the 4 boxes, though. The tracker on their website shows all 4 made it to the distribution center in North Salt Lake, but only 3 of them show that they made it onto the truck. |
