Subject: RE: November CRUSHERSpdbman - 2010-11-13 12:09 AM I had an interesting experience last night. I got to be the subject in a photo shoot. I don't really like to be the subject of attention. I like to just blend into the background so two hours in front of a camera felt a little uncomfortable. My wife is in charge of a catalog for a local bookstore and they needed someone to hold a CD they are promoting on the cover of the new year catalog. I'm sure glad that its not a full body shot. I'm all dressed up in a tux holding the CD and you will be able to see from my chin to about my belly button. I can handle that. Actually its one of several ideas for the cover so there is hope that the shot will be dumped but it's their favorite idea. I hope I don't ruin it for them.
So the photo shoot was t?wo hours of "OK, now move your hands a little." "OK, move your hands again." A?fter a while, they? decided they liked it better when I held the CD with my hands holding the ?b?ot?t?o?????m corners. So th?e??n it was "OK, move again" but I had to ?keep ?????holding ?the ?bottom? ????????corners. How many different ways can you hold the bottom corners of a CD? Anyway. Its over and done. You are teh hawtness, Paul! I hope they do use one of your shots! My mom was a photographer, so I have spent a significant amount of my time doing just that--move a little here, there, everywhere, no, up down, actually the light's not good, we gotta wait for that cloud to move, lemme go run and get that other flash ... Great education, though. |
