I want to hit masters swim in the morning so I need to get clothes packed up. I've been known to forget key items if I pack in the morning. I made some awesome soup tonight. It's a Barefoot Contessa recipe. Tuscan white bean. Easy and yummy. Sauté onions and garlic. Add cannellini's that have been soaked overnight. 2 quarts veggie stock. Couple sprigs of rosemary and a bay leaf. Simmer for an hour. Take out the rosemary stalk and bay leaf. A few swishes with the immersion blender and it's dinner! Yum. |
