That's run five minutes, walk one minute.

HI TAN!

I've decided not to be a jackazz and stay for my father's 83rd birthday after all. He probably doesn't have another birthday in him. Of course, we've been saying that for 40 years now ...

In Jakarta, at the homestead.

Good Morning Your Royal Hotness, Yanti Doll, Treadmill Crusher, Taxi's Bane and Goddess of Glorious Gaminesque Gadflies!

Good Afternoon Monica.   I hope all your tests go well.  It's such a pain to get into this country legally nowadays!

Hello Bali Beauty

Hi...

Oh, wait. I don't think this was for me. Considering that I am not in Bali nor a beauty. Sorry.

Hello Beautiful!   I'm sure the tests will be fine, it's just yet another requirement for not getting deported.

My body is SORE after just an intro session with a personal trainer (free with signing up for a gym membership).  Apparently I need a LOT of work.

Changing it up always makes me sore as does lifting after I've laid off for a little while.  I am convinced all personal trainers are descended from Torquemada and are just modern day society's version of the Spanish inquisitors.

I just checked my race listing.  I have an awefull history.  This will be my first race in a year and I have only raced 5 prior times in since 09.  What's weird, of 6 races, 3 will by IM's and one HIM.

Oh, and the last race in 09?  Was R&R with Tony, so he will know how long ago that was.  I still remember us shuffling into the british pub after the race and booze it up.  Foreshadowing perhaps?

I need to get back to shorter and more fun races and do more, me thinks.  New goal for 13?  Oh, I guess I did have health issue to mess up some of that.

Yes but a great deal of fun and exercise are expressed in that one little word particularly if you add Jungle in front of it.
