The weather is terrible here. We're just gonna stay indoors for the next few days. My dad flies in tomorrow. I've been eating tons of sweets, almost to the point of nausea. First long run since the marathon today (3 weeks exactly post mary) and I ran 12.04 at a 9:12 pace. That's a 2:00:33 half equivalent. Not bad, considering this has been the first week I've ran seriously since taking two easy... yesterday, I rode my bike a very easy 25 miles. Nice run! |
