Well, hubby actually makes it and I just enjoy it.  I know that he puts sake in with the rice and then we usually make rolls with asparagus, cucumber, cream cheese, carrots.  It is yummy.  He also make the Inari.

ahhhh the old kill two birds with one stone! way to be green! haha

make sure to take the bike on a spin....switch the gears around and try your brakes...cuz sometimes there are some minor tweaks that they may need to make so that you dont throw off your new chain or it is not rubbing........

have a fun ride!

pb and bananas taste phenominal on those morning bagels.

and now Im going back to my room...to finish the home improvements....soon this house will be totally whipped into shape....not so sure I can say the same thing for me! LOL

 (15 min run treadmill/cycling class/15 min run treadmill) we shall see how that goes...

BozNC - 2009-08-19 7:48 PM OUT OF COMMISSION FOR A FEW MONTHS! Hi everyone. This morning during our group ride I was drafting behind three other guys. One of them had carbon wheels on his bike. As we were descending (about 30+ mph) his wheel disintegrated. We were so close that as he crashed I had no time to react. I hit him, completely flipped over my handlebars and landed on my head (thank God for my helmet). Anyway, to make a long story short (too late), I fractured my T-2 vertebrae. Luckily I won't need surgery. Doc's said I have to wear the collar for two weeks and pretty much do nothing. They said if I take it easy it should heal on it's own in two or three months. On that note, I apologize to the team but I will obviously not be able to meet my goals. Good luck to everyone, I hope you win the challenge.

Heal up quickly and I will make changes to the spreadsheet.  I will leave you on the team and just adjust everything to your final numbers in there today or tomorrow so you show 100%

What to do to keep from going insane is a good question. So far, I've caught up on all the TV shows, played hours of Xbox360, and spent who knows how long online. It's only been a day and a half and and I'm going bonkers. I just started a twitter account and may try to catch up with some friends on MySpace since I have not been logged on it for months. Here are my first two twitter posts: " I am sitting on the couch". "I am still sitting on the couch".
