Alright - no takers for my Grand Canyon bike tour.  Any Arizona peeps in here that I can ship my bike to, get picked up at the airport Thursday (not until November) evening around 9, crash when I get back in town and hitch a ride back to the airport on Tuesday

no but any time you do a california tour...you are soooo dialed in with a place to stay and ride to and from the airport.

serendipity - 2009-10-01 7:01 PM I've got this 75 year old woman who comes to my yoga classes.  Great lady.  She's telling me tonight that she was swimming in the lake on Tuesday.  Here I am trying to keep wood burning so I don't freeze and she's jumping in the lake.  Tells me she warms up running back to the house.  And she's not even a triathlete.  I'm thinking I need to HTFU.

Thats a riot Debbie! who would have figured!! Im a fire builder like you! in the winter...I like to swim soak in a hot tub!

Do you like country?  Because if you do I have some that I like, but most people I know don't like country!

I listen to anything but jazz.

OH EXCELLENT - TOPPAGE TWICE TODAY!!

what....no jazz? my husband who graduated from tulane would be devastated! but I will never tell!!!! Im sure you were very worried, though!!!

Sorry, the closest I can get to listening to jazz is listening to Steely Dan. Maybe I just haven't listened to the right jazz to appreciate it. Laughing

Today was supposed to be a rest day, but I missed a 2 mile run earlier this week because I was sick and had to cut yesterdays short by half a mile because of time...I know I will make up the half mile on Sunday because the logical turn around for my 5 mile run actually has me doing 5.5...I am debating whether or not I am going to try to make up the 2 miles tonight...Any opinions?
