TAN doesn't really have any "rules" aside from the normal TOS of BT itself, but one of the unspoken TAN rules is that we don't talk crap about stuff like that, even if it was in the past. I'm SO happy about the vacation, but I'm worried about coming back in Jan. and jumping right into a 10-15 hour a week tri plan... I am looking to put on some lean muscle. oh, you're nice cause you want something from me? i see how it is. when i was in a bulking phase during my bbing career, i ate pretty much everything i could put my hands on, at least 50% protein. when it was time to cut down for a show, 60% protein, 20% carbs, 20% fat. it's REALLY hard to do both at the same time, the diet has to be impeccable. it's more about eating good foods, than what the ratio is because it depends on the individual's body. alcohol and sugar are completely out of the question. all lean meats, complex carbs, and tons of veggies. i never ate dairy because it bloated my skin, but lots of people get away with it. |
