I had an episode of tachycardia come on in the shower. I got dizzy and hit the floor. We have a bench in the shower that I hit my eye on. Luckily I didn't split it open, but I've got a nice shiner now. The tachycardia went on for about 45 minutes. I'm staying home today. I'm very tired now. I'll check back in after a nap. |

We have it Tues & Thurs - I didn't go Thurs because of basketball practice and she calls my cell phone up wanting to know my e-mail so she can send me a workout to do and then proceeds to tell me she raced track bikes in Colorado. I was thinking to myself then why are you in Buffalo teaching swimming???? Just not the kind of person I feel comfortable with for some reason - call it intuition Does that make sense at all???
