It is LUNCH time! I am gonna grab a bite and then take a hour off work for a nap. I am not functioning well will lack of sleep. I was reviewing a clean up plan and will have to go back and read it again. I didn't retain a thing.

I just had a slice of pizza that management provided as a thank you to all of us for preparing for the security scan we had last week.

 Ah, I see Ann beat me to that comment.  LOL

Interval running TOPPAGE!!!

Good morning Ghoulies!

I went to the gym last night! I put on a new pair of socks. I put on my new pair of running shoes. MY FEET WERE IN LITTLE FOOTSIE HEAVEN!

Then I worked out. It felt good. I did a lot of strength training, then I hopped on some eliptical thing, but they didn't call it an eliptical for 10ish minutes until it was time to go pick up the kiddos.

I ache in all sorts of parts today. It feels soooooo good.

Morning Ghoulies.

We had the cold front slam through here last night. Violent thunderstorms followed by cold and windy. The wind here sounds a lot like planes coming over the mountain. Or semi trucks revving engines You can hear it on the mountains first then closer... closer.. closer.. and WHAM the trees bend.

We got rain last night, and just a little  bit of thunder and lightning. I'm glad we didn't get the wind though. I did hear this morning that there was a tornado in western PA. I believe it ripped up some tries, and the roofs off a few houses.

getting the boys ready for school then im off to the Y.

im meeting a friend for lunch.  she just started a home jewelry business - Stella and Dot.  of course she's convinced that if she just has enough home parties and trunk shows she's gonna be a millionaire

hate to break it to ya, but....

if she asks me one more time to have a show for her, im gonna throw a brick at her head.

where i come from no usually means no.

i know she means well.  but....geesh.

in the suburbs this is the land of the home show.  ive had so many experiences with women who acted like my friend until i told them that i wouldnt have a show for them and then they drop me like a hot potato. 

whatever.

i met my first client for my new job...i KNOW that was quick wasnt it.

apparently my supervisors have been chomping at the bit to get me up and started.  wee hee for me!

this is gonna be an interesting.  i can say much more than that for confidentiality reason.  but man oh pete.  

PISSED OFF ANGRY AT THE WORLD  adolescents WHO THINK THAT THERAPY IS ALL A BUNCH OF BULLSH&% always make for interesting clients.  need i say more.

fur is sure to fly.  as long as i can get outta there w/out a brick being thrown at my head i will consider any session a success.

and theres snow on the ground.  WTF???

and theres LAX practice tonight.  WTF????

Stacie - I know how the home party thing goes. My son to be SIL has different ones all the time. Apparently her mom, some aunts, cousins, whatever all take turns having them so they can get the free stuff for hosting the party. I went to one of them, I won't go to another.

and i dont like being played.  ever.

and i most definately do superficial when it comes to relationships.  either.
