Hiya TAN. I skipped a buncha workouts this weekend and still managed to be sore.
--- insert dirty thoughts here ---

Scraping ceilings and painting took a huge toll on my neck and arms. Massage please?

If you ever are in Chicago, and want to treat yourself to a beyond euphoric experience, go to the Pennisula spa and have a massage, not sure why but tops the list of all spa.  Pricey but so worth the treat!

As for today I can lend a hand or two.

Now I want to go to a fancy spa and get a fancy massage and be pampered.  I have 2 world class spas nearby .. one is only 3 miles from my house.  In the off season they allow the "day trash" in for just a day.  I could be trash for a day!

Speaking of Merivale?  Loved it there

Miraval is awesome.  But I live super close to Canyon Ranch.

Hmmmm, may need to put that one on my list!

Good Evening Your Royal Hotness Yanti Doll, Treadmill Crusher, Taxi's Bane and Goddess of Bouncing Boisterous Basiation.

My weekend was rather nice for the most part.  How are the Paradisiacal Piglets treating you?

Basiation, omg, I have not heard that in FOREVER! I LOVE YOU!!! You have made my day. Big bouncing booby and basiating-basiating {{{MELON PRESS}}}

The first word out of my mouth today, spoken to a hot blond piglet, was "Strip."

It's been good.

Good morning TAN,

I hope that everyones was a better than mine.  Had a long weekend in Denver to say good bye to my grandmother.  She is in hospice.  If anyone has a spare prayer laying around so that she does not suffer nor in any pain woudl be much appreciated.

Bike rides in 100 degree dry heat is not a good idea. FYI.

100 yesterday.  And atleast with the humidity you sweat and you can stay hydrated by sucking the sweat off your shoulders.

No 100 degrees here.  It was only in the 90s.  But with the humidity, the heat index was well over 100.  Made the last 20-30 miles of the 100 miler very interesting yesterday.

Actually that's the other way around with increased humidity you do not get the evaporative cooling effect that you do in a dry heat.  Then again you don't get the salt stains either.  I've ridden in both, I'll take the dry heat any day!
