I just went into ST - maybe more room to speak.  But realized, they are snarky but their questions are just as smart/dumb as they are on here.

My wife is driving to CA and I told her I got company tickets to the game and she said "I guess I could have skipped my class".

I was like "um, who said you were invited?"....  (in my head)...  But what I DID say "yeah, that would have been awesome, but too bad you are already on your way".

But yeah, they are my client's tickets and there are going to be developers and contractors and engineers there for networking.  I think SHE thinks she is automatically invited to everything I go to.

Yep.  I thought the only good thing would be I could come back at people a little stonger without repercussions.  I'm always trying to be "polite" to the d-bags on BT not to break rules.  Unfortunately, they don't seem to do the same - or probably don't care about the rules to a point.

I am hoping the weather holds out today. me and some friends are going to do some yardwork for one of my sons friends who recently lost their dad. We have been trying to get over there for a week. I really hope we get to go help them out today.

What about this . . . I just noticed that as of now(ish), TAN has 782 posts and 6922 views, which struck me as a lot of viewing over a TAN, but then I looked at these and realized that TAN is killing it in terms of viewing and posting:

I am here for entertainment and reading, I read often but rarely post anywhere but TAN and the SUIT thread.  I just like the fluffy stuff.

Yeah, funny you should mention, in the week or two that I've frequented TAN, my interst (and posting) in the other places has plummeted somewhat.

I honestly love TAN it is like free self help therapy. 

I wont lie I read and watch other threads and sometime chuckle at how silly people can sound or look in an online thread.....but I don't judge and routinely learn something. 

What gets me is how worked up some people get.  For 90% of the topics here, there is no cut/dry answer.  

Trying to change someone's opinion on the web is like nailing jello to a wall.

What aggrivates ME most, is the internet "tough guy" attitude.  You KNOW they would be much more reasonable if talking in person.  I would LOVE to meet face to face with these "tough guys" just to see a reaction.  Probably cowards in real life for many of them.

And the naked pictures..  What they don't allow that either.  Why am I on this site again?

I used to be on a sportibke forum (motorcycles).  They had a NSFW section.  Straight up pictures of nekkid ladies.

That's usually the case with internet tough guys.  But, irregardless (sorry had to throw that in there because of another thread), I think most guys would be intimidated if they ran into you in person.

Perhaps they liked to practice sketching nudes?
