I usually say something like "oh, just working" or something painfully obvious... What do you say to this? probably just "ok"... But he stands there and raises his eyebrows like I'm expected to say something or give some sort of update... Sounds like your boss is really high maintenance. One part of me says to just put on a giant grin and start "parade waving" at him. The more rational business side of me says to simply acknowledge his presence and ask "what's up?". |
