My ex is more in the controling way then it sounds like your mom is butone thing I did that really helped me was going to Al-Alon meeting with a friend. Just they way they deal with people is amazing and it really helped me. It sounds like you are already doing some of the things on your own but it basicly comes down to steping away with love.

Company attendance today for my business unit 50%.  My dept is setting the benchmark with 85%.  Now just need Fed-ex to deliver the specimens and the phones to stop ringing as there is no one here to answer them.

We got heavy rains yesterday, but the flooding seems to be farther east of us.  Hopefully no injuries or major problems with the flooding.  I know some farmers were worried that they would lose what they just planted.

I took three of those in my career and 5 years ago when the company sold paid off huge! 

So yes Congrats and it means they have a plan for you too!
