Rynamite - 2007-10-18 1:49 PM Oh, and nice work guys. Do you take an hour for lunch? I wouldn't have time to run over lunch....

Yeah... an hour.  Plus I come in about 20 to 30 minutes early so I that my lunch can run an extra 10 minutes or so to shower and get back to the office.

I'm pretty much the same way here.  Having shower facilities at work is a big help.

If you're running in the dark, I suggest, at the least, a reflective belt and a blinkie light.  I have one that's reflective and has little LEDs that go blink-blink-blinkity-blink.

As for winter running, gloves and a good hat are keys.

I actually had to wear a long sleeve shirt for a winter run...once.

Its possible here during the winter to ski during the morning... and surf in the afternoon with a wetsuit. Does that not ROCK?

Too bad Spokes does neither!
