How are you? Hows the knee? Eh. I went to PT today. That was tough. Also had some electrical stimulation to try to reduce the inflammation. That was a weird experience. Hopefully it helps. |

They never even pulled my chart for the PT. I had my appointment anyway and then she didn't charge me for their screw up. |

Eating the sandwich in the car on the way back to work then eating soup and salad at my desk through the afternoon.
