Hi Jen!

How are you? Hows the knee?

Eh.  I went to PT today.  That was tough.  Also had some electrical stimulation to try to reduce the inflammation.  That was a weird experience.  Hopefully it helps.

I had PT today too.  I got into the office just in time for the appointment.  They checked another pt out then chatted about the office Christmas party and such....15 minutes or so later I walked over and announced that I had to be back at my desk by 12 noon.  They never even pulled my chart for the PT.  I had my appointment anyway and then she didn't charge me for their screw up.

That annoys me about the office.  It took 15 minutes to check me in, too.

It wouldn't matter if I didn't have to cram this in on my lunch.  Eating the sandwich in the car on the way back to work then eating soup and salad at my desk through the afternoon.  That and they were just gabbing about the party that obviously isn't for a few more weeks!

Eeek that does NOT sound like fun

Makes me be grateful for my reasonably understanding workplace when it comes to the occasional doctors/dentits/phsio visit etc

I *heart* the internet. You can buy all sorts of stuff without ever leaving your chair.

Of course, getting the credit card bill next month will be a bummer.....

Ha! What *didn't* I get, would be the better question.

Warm clothes. Because it's cold out, and I'm freezing!
Books. Because it's cold out, and I want to stay inside, huddled up in my nice new warm clothes.

Uh, nothing workout related though.
Hm. Maybe that should be my next purchase....

I think my nose is frozen.... My toes definitely are.....

I don't like winter.

Hope you bought your houseboy some warm clothes, too!  He might get chilly in just a speedo.

I'm imagining speedo plus mittens and a scarf...

Maybe a santa hat?

No that sound brilliant... Im guessing the fur lining will add perceived bulk to his physique too...
