Hey Folks!!

Finished my first half Mary!!! A total of 13.41 miles in 2:19:11. I am beat, and a bit sore, but I ran the whole thing and am ready or more. There is a bit more info on my log page and the race report will be done later when I they post the official results.

Got to meet fellow BT'er kvesey (Karen) it was cool, we had lunch the day before and ran into each other later after the race. A super person with lots of experience! I love meeting BT people!

Thanks everyone for the super support.... now for a nap.

I did a 95k ride this morning.  Got a little wet - but had an awesome blueberry tart at the turnaround point.

I will do it. I am using walk intervals while I am building distance(kilometreage, ha) and consistancy so I may alter the time of my walk intervals so it gets done.

I'm a big party animal and stayed up to after 11:00pm last night. I think I'm getting really old...I started looking at my watch at about 8:30 wondering when bed time was. I don't think our guests noticed, LOL.

Got another 5k done on my break at work. Cannot spreadsheet (that actually sounds kinda rude) from here....Iwill add it when i get home....cause eventually it will be 7:30 am and they will let me outta here!!!!
