That sounds lovely but I think I am going for a spin on the trainer. I have been a training slug this week and need to get back in the groove. Robin, I have also fallen off workout routine. Want to run a side challenge? 4 workouts completed M-F next week. 30 mins minimum. Deal! FWIW, I've told myself if I don't do it there will be no adult beverages the following weekend. That wouldn't necessarily be a big deal, but I have 20 ppl coming over for cocktails on Saturday. |

I got up and I ran 3 miles. Ok, I ran 2+ miles, I did walk a little bit. I'm pretty sure that was my first real run since Oct 31.
