Enjoy this excuse NOT to run. I know I did No running without the guilty thoughts of "I really should be running, because I suck!". Unless you really like it, then nevermind!

I don't need an excuse not to run. I just don't do it....

BUT that's going to change! Why, you ask? Because I added it to my NOVEMBER GOALS!

Anyway, no running today. I did that yesterday, and the knee is still whining about it. (Perhaps I should show the knee my new avatar?)

I DID swim today, and followed that up with a shoulder workout. (Both of which are also in my Nov. Goals.)

Do like a regular post, except underneath the text window (what you're typing in) you'll see four check boxes. Check the bottom one "Attach a file after posting", go ahead and click Submit, THEN you'll get a screen where you Browse to find and click on the pic you want to insert.

hehe if I continue on my current spiral i think I am more the 'do nothing' queen. I got the call that my orthotics have arrived but I cant afford to pick them up and pay for them for another 10 days... how bad is that?

I still think its cool I have what my physio described as 'running injuries'

I hadn't planned on getting one, but years ago I went along with a friend so she could do some tat-shopping... This was a pencil sketch, and it just mesmerized me.  The original is close to 8.5x11 in size, I had the tattoo artist reduce it so that the overall height is about six inches.

I'll bet you anything I weighed more than you did when my leg shots were taken.

One of the things I've loved most about tri (and BT specifically) is how warm and welcoming the sport is to people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and experience.

So ... I say post. Obviously not if you don't want to, but we're a pretty good lot here and I think you would love all the excellent feedback we'd have.

Thank you so much. Its all about the heels. And knowing where to crop the picture. . . that part is very important.

A close friend designed it and another tattooed it on (both as 25th birthday gifts to me) so it's special to me.

Ditto on the footwear selection, careful cropping (although mine was to, ah, keep this thread safely up ), and lighting.

How great is that - one friend does the design work, and the other the needle work... what an incredible set of gifts - not to mention friends.

Couldn't pay me enough to move back to the south (La).  Loved living at sea level (great oxygen), but hate the humidity, hurricanes, and snakes everywhere (ok, maybe not in the cities, but I grew-up in the swamps.

Love the mtns and snow (only 25 more days 'til my first day of ski season)

that sounds awesome!  I haven't been skiing in forever

I dont' think I would really want to live in the humidity either - it's bad enough here in Nebraska during the summer months

So does this sound trashy? Little black dress, fishnet type stockings, closed toe pointy heels, red lipstick, hair pulled back with the flower/fascinator thingy and big gold hoop earrings... haha I think its actually sounds trashier than it looks!

Yup my ears perked up on this post Once again some reinforcement as to why I'm on this team.
