Here's a question for you:

When doing multisport days, is one meant to do them race style one on straight on top of the other, or is it better/ok to spread 'em across the day?

I kind of assummed it was to help practice transition chaos, but is it more about the transition your body has to make? Does it matter at all?!

Usually a plan will say of it wants you to do a true brick.  Id say do whatever you can to get them in anyway.    I dont always have a huge block of time at once so I do one in the am and one later in the day.

Nope, NY is Eastern, we are Central, therefore, New YOrk is one hour ahead of WI.

I am still around, but in lurk status. Can't train with the exhaustion right now.

I ride for 20 minutes and everything is all jiggly, arms, legs, head, everything.

Hope to find out more March 6.

I'm on the sick list too! (just minor league, I hope)

Those pesky kids have given me some kind of stomach flu - feeling like someone's donkey just kicked me in the guts - majorly unimpressed - also feeling like a total whoose compared to other folks!Embarassed

I'll behave - Dr this pm - hoping for a miracle cure!

What is going to take you 6 hours to bike in Racine???

You can get by without a bike fit- esp if you arent doing long distances... I was fit twice and they didnt do crap for me.  Take a picture of yourself on your bike- you both have enough friends that can help you get comfy and in the best position for power

Spirit of Racine.  Well, maybe the ride won't take that long, but I don't think I will be much under 7 for the whole kit and kaboodle.

Why didn't I meet you at SOR last year?  I was having a blast jockstrappin and serving cerveza's and bloody mary's.  This year I don't think will be so much fun.  I sure hope I can average at least 20 mph.  My fastest is 19 at Pleasant Prairie and someone said the course was short.

Glad Joe is listening to his body.  By the looks of his calendar, he doesn't take rest days....tsk tsk.  Hope he is up and "running" soon.

Tammy you fit yourself? I am going down to Transition Cycle in Pewaukee to be refit. I hear John does great work on making sure a person is comfy, ie. no crotch pain. I am not going back to Emery's. I am also going to have him put me on the Adamo.
