If I had to pick I'd go with the coffee. Then again, I don't have an upstairs and I have already updated my resume recently. And honestly after the bike, run, and volleyball last night, my legs are just too tired to go to the Y. So coffee it is.

Stacie - don't forget the time change. It's only 6 in San Diego. You've got time to hang out with the cute boys, drink your coffee, and work on your resume, before you rescue Tom.

Morning Ghoulies.  I got some very sad news this morning.  A close work colleague lost her valient battle with ovarian cancer last night.  I knew this day was coming, but still was really difficult to read that e-mail.  Nat was a dedicated scientist and passionate advocate for patient care.  Up until two weeks ago she still was connected to several teams that she supported via e-mail....still making a difference.  She had the biggest heart and rescued the sick and injured at home as well.  Her home was filled with birds, dogs, cats and lord knows what else....all having been lost and helpless at one point.  She made them her family.  I am crying as I type this.  I suspect I'll be weepy most of the day.  I'm not alone.  She was a special person in many people's lives.

Very sad. Its always harder when you lose people who were so special. My thoughts go out to you and her other family and friends.

I'm so sorry to hear this.  She sounds like she was definately a very special person.  You and her family (of all kinds) are in my thoughts and prayers.

this morning's workout for me is to relax  Wink

Actually, I may run this afternoon, but I am doubting that there will really be time.  However, the last 3 days of workouts have been pretty good effort for me, so I am thinking a rest day would be good.

Tomorrow I will probably either run or bike depending on time and weather.  Have to spend a lot more time getting to know the new bike.  But I will be riding the old one in my tri in a few weeks, so I need to keep riding it too I guess.  I am already signed up for the mtn bike catagory and don't want to change at this point.
