Subject: RE: 100 days of Ghoulie Power!So I made it to my first boot camp class tonight. We did a bunch of testing--pushups, situps, running the mile, then some very boot camp-ish stuff--like wall sitting for 5 minutes with some sprints round the track thrown in, and some other group exercises. I don't feel overly worked, but I do feel worked out for sure.  ANd because of my shoulder, I only had to cut back on some of the pushups and the overhead stuff with the medicine ball, so that's nice, too. |
