Weather forecasts for Central Texas su-k.  Report said it was going to be a low of 48.  It was 32 when I started riding.  I swear it got lower than that in all the low-areas. 

My feet were frozen stiff.  My hands are still cold.  I have a LARGE cappuccino just to try to warm my fingers up.

OK people this being up at 3 or 4 am in a Vegas hotel by myself is getting OLD!!!

at 3 am in vegas, everyone is still up from the night before.  head down to the casinos!

Yeah but I have to spend all day packing up boxes to go to good will and trying to figure out a financial mess! Hmmmmm Maybe the casino and free drinks is the right idea!!!

also...there are lots of middle aged moms where i work and they have all been wearing ugly christmas sweaters this month...and not in an ironic way.

please god don't ever let me become that.

Snerk.  My cappuccino is gone and I want more.  How much is too much espresso???

Just so you know Meh I am a middle aged mom and I own NO christmas sweaters! I also do not have the cutsie little chritmas earrings and the little dinging snowmen broaches or and of that other frightful paraphernalia.

and i figured all you ladies are not whack moms, so i would bring it up (teej and cheri too).  i have 2 ugly sweaters specifically for ugly sweater parties, and jingle bell earrings for said ugly sweater parties, but i do NOT count them as part of my professional wardrobe.  yech.

I did at one point have a pair of jingle bell earrings and a santa hat but that was as far as I ever went and it was never for day to day wear.

Maybe peer pressure to appear like an adult or a good parent? I bet they are the same people that forget how to have fun or be themselves as they get older.

I'm jealous. Can I squeeze in your suitcase? Particularly for the Miami and Vail trips?

i want to go along on all but north carolina.  but especially miami.  i miss warmth.

I hate writing thank you cards.  And now I just figured out that the envelopes for said thank you cards are too small to put in the 4x6 picture that I wanted to include with the thank you cards, so now I either have to scrap the idea (and thus have 12 copies of the pic) or mail the pic out separately. Blargh!

i will be in rome and athens that week, but barcelona is VERY high on the list of places i want to visit, and because spain is bankrupt there are some serious incentives for americans to buy property there and be able to live there.  SWEET.

Or get new thank you cards and save the ones you have for another occasion.

Then again I love the stationary store.

Shoot I'd be happy if my place sent me to a conference in North Carolina without making me pay part of my way.

There is an excellent week long cousre in immunology in Philly I would love to go to but that may just be a pipe dream.
