Based on all of those assumptions, I think you should put him on Team Cheesecake!  (or mine, that would be cool too)Sigh all this talk of teams is going to make me wish I signed up.... but after what happened the last couple of months I know its a bad idea! Healthy AND focused... I actually plan on aiming for some trainer time tonight... Im cooking a roast so I have to go home... but well, gotta do something while its cooking for almost 2 hours!!! I really really want to focus on weight loss for awhile... since Ive accepted missing this season Im going to be able to slim down and get a good strong base behind me in the next 6 or so months! (I hope!) |

Im cooking a roast so I have to go home... but well, gotta do something while its cooking for almost 2 hours!!! aaw - the thing with roasts if you can often get them cheapish so the meat lasts a couple of days AND i had a whole lot of potatoes to use up... So basically... its short term effort (and really you put it in the oven, throw in the vegies a little later and turn occassionally) for long term laziness! Then again I LOVE to cook for other people... so I guess sharing the house makes me a little more motivated! Although it annoys me at the time i get some sick satisfaction about my food shopping on the weekend to the butcher, chicken shop, fruit and vegie shop and supermarket... The thing is that I know a lot more people will be signing up.... but they haven't yet. The problem with trying to set up teams this early is that... well, you never know who else is going to sign up. So what I'm doing tonight, may all change by Feb 1st... But basically, for running at least - here's what I've got so far: One team with high mileage runners. (Most of them are currently LEMmings.) Two chatty teams (Kristen, Jen) One chatty but also Manly Men team (Ralph (1for1)) One other team that is, well, I think they'll be a good mix, but it might be quieter than what I want - so I'll probably change it a bit. And there are about 6-7 runners whom I don't really know, so I'm trying to figure out where to put them.... Hm.... The swimmers and bikers - well, there's less of them. And no one has volunteered to be a captain yet. |
