Good morning team. Worked late last night, so no workout this morning. Got the kiddos off to school and now my coffee is brewing Have to get back to that work stuff then will get my run in today - and if there is energy left, a swim.

This is a tough forum to keep up with! I better sharpen up on my BT BS skills.

Last day of school for the kiddo today up here in Frisco-land... That should free up some time....

My kids would be so upset if they found out other kids were done with school already. We don't finish until the 19th.

The coffee here at work just stinks, never tasted anything that bad ...

I love those Starbuck's Frapacinno drink you can get at the store. but they are freaken expensive not to mention about 1,000 calories, so I started making my own.

I took a empty Starbuck's Frap bottle and put my work coffee in it, then added some 2% milk and Splenda. Now i just thow it in the fridge for a few hours and......it sorta tastes like starbucks......I mean if you squint real hard and stare at the label while drinking that disgusting stu.....honest it tates like Starbucks.

I am off to run in a few. I had a schedule change so instead of running after my meeting, I get to run before. Should be good to get some nervous energy out.

Also gives me time to talk to our school principal about an issue we are having. Why can't people do their jobs????

I just did some core work to get SOME activity in today. Now I gotta go ice the knee again. I haven't figured out how to do that effectively from the computer.

YOu cant put ice on your knee while sitting at your computer? Wouldnt that be simple?

One would think so, but I like to be difficult and lay down and prop my knee up on a couple of pillows

On the serious side, I found an icepack last year that you could strap to your knee with velcro. You would freeze this special bag of gel and water and then put in the pack and velcro it to hold in place. Worked really well.

I have one of those. I love it.

I hate ice. It's cold.

Why isn't heat good for you? I like heat.
