We saw the Total Recall trailer before Spiderman and I mentioned to my wife "Oh!  They are remaking Total Recall!", and she was like "remaking what?"

I married young...

To her credit, that movie was pretty awful.

Yeah it was.

But I think there is potential for something good and the trailer looked intrigueing.

For her age she should know that movie, I bet she wasn't watching much Arnold movies when she was younger thats all.

There is a lot she knows about but hasn't seen.

I  asked if she ever saw Goodfellas...  Nope!  She has a treat comming!

There are a lot of movies that she is getting into now that she is acting and wants to see a lot of the classics and all time greats.  She needs to see Glory, and I will probably suggest raging bull, Chariots of Fire, etc.  SO many good ones.

Doing well. Busy as all get-out, but well. Baby bcart #2 will be here in November (hopefully). Momma has a bit of placenta previa, but we're hoping that will fix itself with her taking it easy. She REALLY has a tough time taking it easy.

Baby bcart #1 ain't a baby any more, he turned 1 in June, and he's full throttle all day every day. I'm finishing my first semester of nursing school, so free time has been at a premium with all ^^ that stuff going on.

I still manage to find time to check in every so often. Mostly at work, where it's nice and boring all the time...

Henry Hill just passed away not too long ago.

I know this sounds weird but he was part of my circle of friends in LA! I wasn't particularly close to him, though.

I was trying to remember what she was saying...

I often wonder what actors think when they get cast in those kinds of roles.  Sort of the "punch line" actors.  The ugly or big or whatever.  There is that tall deformed guy that Rob Zombie uses in a lot of films as the scary guy.  Shoot, even Steve Buchemi gets cast as the unatractive sidekick most of the time.  But, they make a lot more cash than me, so good on them.  I guess its work!

I was talking about this today when I was watching TV on my lunch. There was a commercial for weight loss and they had to have an actress stand there and they were asking "Are you tired of being fat and less attractive" and I was thinking wow she had to audition for this roll. I guess you just play the cards you are dealt.

I know a few people in that industry and there is a whole market for "actors" that fit a certain look.  There is hope for us all.
