You know, he's still gotta be so sore from the BB century that it would be easy to catch him and kick his a$$.

For the record...I wasn 't sore after the BB century.  In fact I feel great!

Alright, went home, talked to my wife (who was having her own work-related issues), had a few beers, watched "The Unit", and went to bed.

Feel a little better today, but we'll see how things go.

My legs feel completely trashed and I spent an hour trying to get that last 10% of the tire onto the wheel last night.  It was still sitting in my living room staring back at me this morning.   I suck at changing tires!!!

Whenever I get new tires I put them on and take them off a couple times without putting a tube in.  It seems to loosen it up a little and helps me get the tire on easier when I am ready to put a tube in it.

Oh the worst part is that they aren't new.  I have ridden them a few times.  I had to take the tire off to put down some more rim tape.  I haven't even gotten to the point of putting the tube back in.  I can't get that last part on to seal off one side of the tire on the rim.  Now my thumbs just hurt!!!

First time I had to change a tube, I didn't have tire levers.  I had some Allen wrenches, though.  They sorta helped.

Hello, Tire Levers!!!

Seriously, I can't imagine trying to get a tire back on without these. Definitely a necessity, though you really gotta look to make sure there's no tube between the rim and tire after using them. I think they're a couple of bucks at your LBS.

Also sunny and gorgeous! Its about 55F, low humidity, and not a cloud in the sky. Seriously, does it get much better than this?!?!

Nope, but here are some reviews

Good deal.

There ya go, everyone.  The must-have tool for changing tires.  Better than Allen wrenches.

Not really! In a couple of months it'll be too hot and humid to do much of anything. Bleah!

Except run.  And maybe ride.  Swim, too, I guess, if that's what you're into.
