Good morning Ghoulies!

My beloved Notre Dame football team got stomped last night. I think I jinxed it because I wore my ninja pants to bed.

Add me to the string of gouhlies with the sniffles. I went for a run Saturday afternoon, got a good 8 miles in, then came home and almost immediately got all stuffy. Not that I wasn't mildly stuffy before the run due to the inversion. But it has only gotten worse from there. I spent the day in bed today--I had planned to go have a full day of pampering at one of the spas at a resort in Park City today, but I had to cancel because I feel so crappy. 

You know you're sick when going back to bed sounds better than massages and pedis and manicures and whatnot.

Hi Anne, I am somewhat better. I was going to the doc today if I had a temp but I don't seem to. I am going to try to run today, inside though.

Are you sure you shouldn't take another rest day?

Amy - sorry that you have been added to the sniffle list.

Robin - get healthy for Key West.  Rest does not always equal blob, and you are not a blob.

Ann - Ninja pjs cannot be the reason for Notre Dames loss, unless they have a view into your bedroom and are used to the alternative.  

And on that note, I need to go and buy more kleenex.  Dr. appointment is tomorrow.  Will he help?  Dunno.

Good afternoon.  Will be heading to the airport soon with my Dad.  I'm nervous that he has a change of planes and 2 hour layover in Seattle, but I have printed out his flight plan and put in three different places, so that hopefully he can lay his hands on it when the time comes.  Plus, I'm hoping that ATL can pass on the request to Seattle that he needs a wheelchair.

Once I put him on the plane, I will be a nervous wreck until I hear that he has arrived in Oregon where he is expected.

Well, the dog has to go to her "vacation spot", I have 2 drs appointments, I still need to get some Christmas upstairs, I have to get some plants I ordered tucked into temporary beds (about 100 !), I have to work......

You need about 40 hours in a day.

Yep, and 50 while on vacation!
