How did you do that?

well.........................when I originally made it i accidently put in chicken broth instead of beef broth - thought, hmmmm oh well - it can't be that bad

ugh! plus the veggies got soggy, the sausage got tough - blech!

That's frustrating.

I am going to make some chili tonight. It should be good.

Oh man! I missed Heather and Beth!

We're swimming in the soupy inversion air over here--gotta love high pressure zones and mountain valleys in the wintertime. I can't even see the mountains through the pollution--and I'm only about 5 miles from one side of the valley and 10-15 miles from the other side.

I ried to take the bike outside today and lasted <15 min cause it was too overcast and windy. Opted to hit the trainer and a SPINeRVAL video. My daughter says Coach Troy is annoying (hmph, she should try the video befoe saying tha, then she's know HOW anoying he is)

Running today was not much fun, but I think it's better than doing a long run inside. I hate the treadmill!

Not too much on tap for me today. Hanging out with my husband. We're going to dinner at PF Chang's tonight. Yum! Can't wait.

No school here. Just got back from the pool. It is a zoo in there today. Lots of moms trying to tire out their kids. Mine did not want to swim so they sat and played video games while I did my workout in a hurry.

It is hard to be stuck inside when the weather is nice, Jeni. Do you have a window so you can at least see the nice weather?

My pool is split, half for open swim and three lanes for lap swim. I wasn't annoyed by the kids. They were minding their own business playing. I was in the middle lane and some old dude in a speedo gets in and shares with me. The ladder lane was open. It just gets on my nerves that a "WIDE" swimmer will insist on sharing when there is a free lane. I resorted to my two year old behaviour by kicking excessively while passing him and flip turning close to his face if he was on the wall while I approached. (In a very whiny tone) I was there first!

That drives me crazy!!! I do the same thing when people do that to me. Why share a lane when you don't have to?

Eh...o.k....it's crunch time on my project...final stages...may have limited time on BT until Thursday...

I did get to spend some time with the fam for lunch...I spent 3 hours doing work on Saturday, so I figured I was probably due for a long lunch today...

Left the office and met them at the zoo for a few hours...
