Rode my bike for an hour naked....

Hm. BETH - we need a NIBBS NOTES (aka World According to Beth) for this one! Actually, that would be a good sig line.... And yes, I left out the second half of the sentence. Did you have a problem with that?

Sigh...taking things out of context again...I think this is how I got 'committed' to the whole Kendra wig, kilt, nails, LD pic thing...

I'm sure I had nothing to do with that though - that one is all Dee

Innocent

D001 - 2008-07-01 11:30 AM  Why isn't Dave Z riding?

I think it's because he hurt his back in the Giro d'Italia and isn't back to 100% yet.  Plus, I heard me also might be riding in the Olympics.

Hi, Nibbs.

Having a bummer of a day today. Flatted 20 minutes into my ride, couldn't get the tire changed, had to be rescued by a nice passer-by who knew how to change the tire. Sometimes things suck and you should just stay in bed

But look at it this way Pam...what are the chances that a biker (who knew how to change a tire on an AERO rim) would pass by and see you?

Also, this gives you the opportunity to realize the importance of knowing how to change a flat if you were in the middle of nowhere (or at a race for that matter--no outside assistance allowed or it's a DQ).  Do you have an old rim laying around that you can practice on?

That reminds me.  It's time to have some quality time with my son and wife to reintroduce them to the basics of changing a tire on the CAR!

I think it's because he hurt his back in the Giro d'Italia and isn't back to 100% yet. Plus, I heard me also might be riding in the Olympics.

A lot of riders are riding the TDF-Olympics double... Its mostly due to his crash out in the Giro..

Then again Stuart O'Grady crashed out in the Giro to and he has come back from the Tour... but he is probably one of the hardest men alive... this is the guy that punctured a lung in the Tour last year, broke some ribs etc and still wanted to ride the Vuelta!

Oooh. I know this one. It's like fake ice cream, in the shape of little beads. (More specifically, from the website - it's "cryogenically frozen ice cream".)

Edited because I forgot the last parenthesis. I'm a little compulsive that way.

Dippin' Dots are tiny beads of ice cream, yogurt, sherbet and flavored ice
