Yep knocking back water and gatorade. Regular gatorade is way stronger than G2. I've also had oatmeal, a couple bananas, a protein recovery shake, and some other nibbles. I was supposed to meet with a customer who's going out tomorrow night. I wasn't planning on drinking at all because of the race schedule in the next few weeks, but I don't even know if I'll make it out at this point. Then it's just whatever Kristen has planned for me for the weekend.

Hopefully be able to get my long ride in on Sunday.

Dude... Tomorrow, cough on her. Sunday, i can come down to kick some butt if necessary. Don't worry; i have the right shoes for the job.

I actually don't plan on seeing her for the rest of the weekend. She's "got a race" tomorrow, that I won't be going to. If I'm well enough, I'll go to my Yoga classes and then go and meet my customers for dinner. Then it'll be Sunday, I'll go for my ride and then church, she's deathly afraid of church, so that just leaves the afternoon. I can figure out something to do then.

It's horrible that we all hate a woman we've never met.. But HEY we look out for our own

Well, a good part of this is my fault as well...I violated several "rules" I usually have set for myself to keep me out of trouble, and then there's the whole "I'm going to feel bad for "abandoning" someone at a rough spot in their life." But I'm probably just going to have to HTFU and deal with it.  Not the first time I'll have pissed someone off, and it probably won't be the last.  Haha, probably...

This may just be the best TAN crew we've had... consistently knocking out 30 pages or so every day...

 wowzers...

I just wish I was around more...

Don't worry. When you come back (and you will, my dear. They always do.), we'll be here.

It just isn't the same without you.

Hotel and plane flight are booked! Leaving 10/23 coming back 10/26. I heart SW airlines...

You can do IMs.... or, you can just jog, ride your bike a bit and go to Disneyland instead

Average daily high in Anaheim in Oct - 80F

What is it not hot enough in Cali for you?  Seriously though, congrats on the vacay.

Are you going to have to put you through Relationship Decontamination?

I don't think so, this should just remind me to listen to my instincts more, and my friends and family, and TAN, and her friends, and...

I have 26 episodes on my DVR that I need to watch and get rid of right now.. I've been slacking the last month..

I only keep 3 episodes at a time.  Otherwise, stuff piles up and then I feel bad about not watching it, and that's DUMB.

Got to love scheduling a vacation as soon as you get back from one.  Definitely the way to go.  Nothing wrong with jogging, riding your bike, and going to Disneyland.

I know you told me some of them.  But I don't really feel like reading through my mail right now, I hope that's okay?  And I will PM you back, maybe some time tomorrow (that is if I'm not hiding under a rock - actually I think I'll be okay feeling a bit less !!!!!!! ya know).

Oh... I have a new term for people who ride without helmets...

I call 'em "SFB"

Can you guess what that means?

Hint: ---- For Brains

Because, apparently they think that their brain is made of a commonly available substance.

I call them Organ Donors.

It's no problem, nothing to really worry about. Hiding under a rock is only fun for a short period of time.

Edit: Have a good night.

Are you implying that there's more to life than triathlon?

I have to admit I'm a little jealous.  Where are you staying?  We went over the break between Christmas and New Years last year, and although it was nice, we wound up going to D-land on the day they posted a record for attendance.  Apparently, they closed the entrance shortly after we went in.  So. Crowded.

Take advantage of the ride express lines -- where you "reserve" a spot at a later time.   I wish we had done that.

And, if you can make reservations at the little restaurant near the Pirates ride, that might be nice for dinner.  We didn't plan ahead enough, and wound up having a mediocre dinner at one of the places in the old town area.
