I have a 45 min ride and 30 min run on the plan today. Not gonna happen. I'll ride the trainer (it's raining) but there is no way I have any energy to run. Long day full of church, first communion meeting, house hunting and driving all over the state. I just want to go to bed BUT I will get my ride (and a few loads of laundry) done first! It's 8:30 PM, and I'm not peachy yet, either. BUT I did my taxes!!!! Now off to write up the weekly challenge results. After that, I'll get some stuff done, and get my peach in. Then, I'll take the dog out, and stuff ready for tomorrow.... I wish I could say that I'd crash after that, but I know better. Insomnia is my middle name.... taxes???? hoping you get LOTS of money back! isnt pencil pushing a sport!?? hope you do get some rest! even doggies need thier beauty rest! |

The workout totals through Week 4 of the March Marshmallow Challenge are: TASER ROASTED PEEPS - 638 workouts total! TEAM PEEP SHOW - 562 workouts total! BUT Taser Roasted Peeps has 24 team members and Peep Show has only 22, so I've redone the totals by PERCENTAGE, giving us: TASER ROASTED PEEPS - 638/672 possible workouts = 94.9% PEEP SHOW - 562/616 possible workouts = 91.2% Which means....... Winning Team - TASER ROASTED PEEPS (94.9% of possible workouts) Marshmallow Team - PEEP SHOW (91.2% of possible workouts) But remember -- the results are very close -- And March is not over yet!!!! THERE ARE JUST THREE DAYS LEFT BEFORE A TEAM IS NAMED "MARSHMALLOW!" Will the standings change? And what twists might Evil Dee toss into the mix???? Champion 6225 | Subject: RE: Taser Roasted Peeps II morning TRPs a good nights sleep MUST be going around. i got one to thankfully. took me awhile to fall asleep though i felt exhausted, what up w that? but once i was asleep i was G-O-N-E.... splendid swim today. feel back on track after last weeks 'weirdness' 38 mins/1500 yards. i just sent in my registration form for the Sprint Tri in Y-town OH mid-MAY. though the field is SMALL they cap it at 154 participants im wondering if thats an advantage/disadvantage. pool swim, your sent off in heats, so the it doesnt much give an advantage to the swim start to have fewer people. [i think the swim heats are 8 people each] my mini is 200 people total. im just not sure. how do you feel about races? do you like smaller or larger races? what are the advantages/disadvantages? im not talking being in a race w 10s of thousands of people, that would be too overwhelming.... hmmmm. its got me thinking is all. id love to hear your thoughts/opinions/feedback.....
