Cat is doing something "funky" with the calculations. It takes into account both the number of stages AND the time/distance that you committed to. So you'll have to hit both of those numbers to get to 100%.

Knew about the percentages of stages=50 % and time/distance = 50 %. It is in how the math is figured in the time/distance cell that is messing with my totals. Not a big deal, but for what ever reason, it is taking the number after the : and not realy factoring it I think on the time. I am sure if I went from 6:50 to 6.85, it would like it better, but I am not that great at converting minutes to % of an hour. Not a big deal, just pointing it out

Ah, that makes sense. I'd think that if both cells are changed to a time format, it might help with the calculations....

Not worth fixing, just make sure if you are on time, by the end of the tour, you are over your hours by at least a minute, and not short by one

OK, I set up a "dummy line" on the spreadsheet, and set those cells to "time." The result shows that you're at 48.87%.

I didn't change the original spreadsheet values though, since I don't want to make our team's spreadsheet different from the other team's.

But that 48.87% looks more in line with where you are right now....

LOL, very true.

Plus, I don't see a "MIN" value in there. Which means the spreadsheet will let you go over 100%.

Actually, it will do fine -- IF the cell is set up to be "time" rather than a "number."

Heh, I just tested it, and sure enough.... It will let you go over 100%.....

I think I'll aim for "overachievement" this month.

I write code in them - VBA is the only programming language I can hack at...
