i dont know what it was - just a TOTALLY DIFFERENT workout than im used to i guess...TOTALLY KICKED ME.

the one thing that i DID notice is that i got stronger as i went along, and at the end while everyone was heaving and gasping and ready to be done, i felt like i was just getting started...and could've gone on longer.

that said, man im feelin it in my upper calves (lots of polymetrics) and pecs!

its all good. im gonna take a day today to recover - ive got crap i gotta catch up with....i may go out for a shorter run today, but i doubt it.

and the sun is shining too. BLASTED.

OH WELL....

60 min spin and 20/20/20 tomorrow. 20 mins cardio/20 min stability ball/ 20 mins of something else i cant remember.

old fashioned track workout/speed intervals AND running the bleachers.

Morning Ghoulies! Today I will run at my lunch break. in the rain, but at least the temps are back up to around 40F. Yesterday's swim felt pretty good. I was not as tired (wanting to curl up and nap) as usual.

Darn, would have loved a running partner today. I did a boring 4 miles on the treadmill this morning. Enjoy your run!!! (as a side note, do you find yourself amazed at the words coming out of your mouth...like "I need to run"?????) 5 years ago I would have suggested an alien was inhabiting my body if I ever said those words.

tried to run, but I am still having pain in the foot...guess it is back to the bike for me...my parents have a nordic trac so I am going to do that while I am at their house and try to fit a run in too if the foot starts to feel better
