me either, this week has been EXHAUSTING.

Week?  Ha, for me this whole year has been exhausting so far!!  I need a month long nap!

could you imagine how hungry you'd be after that nap?

Hmmmm Good point!!  Where is Chris or Pitt?  I will have to get one of them to feed me afterwards!

One an even better note.  I got called up for jury duty in March..... Oh fun!

House keeping "me fluff pillow" 

The night was a lot of fun.  We kept conversation very light and fluffy and focused on seeing if there is still a connection and if we really do enjoy each other.  After dinner we caught dessert and a port, and I started to feel a tad bit buzzed and wanted to touch him but held back.  When we got to the car, the drive asked where to?  He turned to me and I said I would like to spend the night, he agreed it was a good idea. To the hotel Mufasso (ubber drive) took us.  In the elevator it was a tad bit ackward cause normally I would be all touchy/feelly and close but I wasn't sure.

So I slipped out of my pocket two conversation hearts (yes I brought these just in case/planned).  One said "please" and one said "kiss me"  as we rode up the elevator I slipped them into his hand. 

It worked.  There was NO BCBC or BCWW, some lighter stuff and snuggled up  to sleep. 

He left for his flight very early with a kiss good bye, and nothing more?

Does that come complete with a french maids outfit?

Hey kids,

I should have stopped by yesterday for the commiseration on back pain.  My back strain from Sunday is better but it is still a struggle to get up from sitting or lying down or to put on my socks.  This makes me feel very old, particularly when I think of the trivial amount of weight that triggered the strain.

Ah well, another day of tending to affairs of my dear departed mother.  It is a lot of work.  Today's challenge is to get someone to fix a rusted out wrought iron railing on her porch and get the porch roof replaced.  Yesterday, it was fun with lawyers day.  My mother's affairs were simple.  No complicated assets, no debts or creditors, no contentions between heirs.  The problem then becomes convincing the court that none of the court's protections against those things are needed.  Lots of documentation to say there is no problem.  It is always something.

Today might be a multiple coffee day which almost never happens.  

Cheri - sounds like you had a very nice night even if it was light... still sparks there?

Lisa, I am not sure?!?  Living in the grey? But when he makes time, IT'S WONDERFUL! 

I want more in terms of time and attention, but he is peaking in his career and both of those are limited. 

Is he Captain Right or Captain Right Here?

Yikes - I've done that to my back entirely too many times to count.  I once threw my back out just trying to put on nylons and somehow no one believed me when I told them it was from my secret life as a superhero. 

I wish you all the best of luck with your mom's estate.  My parents went through the ringer with my uncle's affairs (and it's still not over 3 years later), but his has been a complicated mess.  I hope it goes as smoothly as possible for you with the courts. 

I called a law firm of a guy I knew from Boy Scouts a million years ago.  He set me up with his junior, junior partner.  The kid looks like a junior in high school not a junior partner.  But, he is making life as simple as he can and so far seems to be knowledgeable.  I called him "Mr." Brooks.  He seemed to take it in stride.

That's usually not great for your career.  But sounds like you aren't exactly pleased with that place to begin with.

I'm glad you're getting help - and that apparently the junior has a sense of humour...  not a lot of lawyers have that! 

We will be happy to proof them for you so you know the best ones to give your wife.
