In other words, I'm trying to put some people together who know other people -- but also trying to mix it up, so that everyone meets some new people. Thats how I always did it... mixed the people I knew with the people I didnt... there will always be at least one quiet team.. and one that talks to much and the rest will fall somewhere in between! |

Well.... let's look at the OVERALL posting rate from the beginning of the month - when she decided to leave her job and had lots of free time.... versus the OVERALL posting rate now. So, either people are concentrating on their training and on hitting their goals.... Or else Beth was responsible!... (Well, ok. It was probably a combination of both those things, but it's more fun to Actually.... Kendra hasn't been around much either. Or Hector..... Or Kristen.... Hmmmmm. Maybe it's THEIR fault the teams are being quiet..... LOL |

And now, every time I blink, I have an additional 50 emails in my mail folder.... And then I have to reply to those emails.... Which result in more replies to those replies.... And the whole cycle starts again. Bleh! Oh, and I still have OTHER work to do tonight, too. Bleh x3000000000000. |
