come visit! weather here is GLORIOUS! in the 70's thru mid week! and not a cloud in the sky.....once the fog burns off! Hurry though, cuz I am leaving this glorious weather to go to HUMID HOUSTON! but this time of year should be somewhat bearable!

The family bought me a new wick(wich?)-type short-sleeve shirt with matching shorts, and new pair of swim trunks, which I wouldn't wear in a chlorinated pool, though, since they would get ruined pretty dang quick.

I treated my 2 younger boys to see Monsters vs. Aliens in 3D on the HUGE screen at an IMax theatre.  THAT WAS A BLAST!  It was VERY well done!  I HIGHLY recommend it!

See ya TRPs!  Back to work (which I have been avoiding).

why do I watch the news...depressing stories...death....

and then just now they had a story that triathletes are twice as likely to have heart attacks as marathon runners...they say the swim portion causes us to get cold and our blood vessels restrict causing...well you know!

Got my peach in for the day.  A big ole sweat fest on the trainer.  I haven't sweat that much.....well, ever!  yikes.  I used the dvd that came with my trainer and holy cow!!! 

I think I shall swim this afternoon.  I blew off two swims last week so I'll go splash around for an hour or so.  Should be a jolly good time!
