Grrr....why is it that the only time today it wasn't raining was when I was at work?  I really wanted to get my run done today.

Simple solution: Next time, just leave work. Do a run. Then go back to work. (Of course, there's somewhat of an "ick" factor if you're all sweaty, but maybe your coworkers will steer clear of you then....)

Got a 2.75 mile trail run in today....Leaving in a few minutes to run with Laura and the running club I go to on Thursdays. So I will manage two runs today. Lungs were not to happy about the trail run, it was hilly, which I haven't been running lately.

2 runs, nice job!

x2.

And, I'm thinking that the lungs must be at least a little better.... Because a few weeks ago, I don't think you could have gotten those runs in!

Bummer.  Don't those rainclouds know you have a challenge goal to make?

Hmmmm....lightning?

Well, I didn't get to run, but I cleaned out my refrigerator and my pantry.  I mean, I straightened then.  If Neal had written that it would have had a totally different meaning.  (And he'd be on his way to the store to restock.)

D001 - 2009-06-04 6:02 PM What happened? I left for 15 minutes, and when I got back, we were still on the same post....

I left for a few hours and we are on the same page.

Prime workout hours.  It always seems to slow down between 3 and 7

It's interesting how the prime posting hours seem to coincide with "at work" hours.  So, essentially, everyone is getting paid good money to surf BT.

Another run is in the books!

We're going out with friends tonight - I think I ran just enough to earn myself at least two beers.

Way to go

Was that his only advice? I think we should taser him.

And yes, if you need to, you can revise your goals.

Maybe the wind decided that you needed more of a workout today.

Slugger - 2009-06-04 12:31 AM Being very good and NOT catching up - I just bit the bullet and signed up for my EMT exam, so now I gotta study like a demon!!! Yikes!

But pouting because my new avatar isn't showing up. Hmph.

Anyway, I'll catch up form page 32 *after* I get done studying. By which point we should be on around, oh, 1,024.

Oh, and punked out on the run today for studying. Don't be hatin' on me, yo! (I'm hiking on Saturday, so I'm not actually behind).

I can see the avatar and it looks great!

When is your exam?  We'll help you study!

LMAO!  Funny, I DID clean out my refrigerator and I DO have to go to the store, except that's a task for tomorrow because I'm feeling lazy tonight.

I think the wind decides that everyday.  It just sits up there thinking, "look at this poor sucker, as soon as he turns around I'm switching direction on him.  MWAHAHAHAHAH!!"

OK. I vote that we all quit our jobs and devote our days to training and post padding.
