Uh, you're welcome.

I can't take much credit.  You're the one that did all the real work.

What's the haps, kids? I had a fantastic 3.1 miles yesterday. It was one of those runs where my mind was totally clear of almost anything and the effort was, well, effortless. This is the #1 reason for me to go without music while running. It allows my brain to shut off for long stretches (insert jokes here). I love getting done with a long run and finding that there are long stretches where I have no recollection of what I was feeling, thinking, seeing, hearing, etc.

I hope you're all well. Special thoughts and prayers out to WaterDogg - he was evacuated yesterday along with at least 250,000 other residents of the San Diego area. Scary stuff going on down there.

Cheers!

Here's some motivation for ya - my goal has been met.  And they thought the Dead WAS dead.

Then I would call you a Sandbagger.

Why don't you step it up a notch and increase your goal to something that is more of a challenge.

Agreed.  Not much of a challenge if you met your goal already.

I think the other teams are sandbagging...

I have no doubt that all of us can complete our goals.

I think that happens a lot.  I knew my goal was going to be a stretch but that was good.  Making easy goals is lame.

Isn't that why they call it a "Challenge".  Challenging yourself to go a little farther than you are used to?  50 miles would be the farthest I've done in a month and I'm going to struggle to meet it with the way this week has been going, but I'm still going to shoot for it.

Morning Wolvies! I had a kick 5 miles last night. It was wicked windy but otherwise a beautiful evening.

Scout, better up my goal to 90. I'm going to blow through 80 by Thursday.

Everybody take a trip over to the Living Dead thread and poke some fun at the sandbaggers.
