It was mild disturbing,  just not what I was expecting.

You've just described every tri that I've had.  It just be's that way for some of us.  I was at a kid's tri this morning.  There are a lot of really competitive parents out there.

Afternoon everybody.  I'm feeling almost back to normal today, which is definitely a good thing. 
How'd the National Anthem go this morning Cami?

Akustix- sounds like it should be an interesting sermon.  It's good that you were able to get through the tri.

Schwamm, just remember that you have to leave some beer for the rest of the people.  Hopefully the band is good and there are lots of people buying beer so you can keep busy. 

We did 5 evenings... each evening being 2.5 hours... phew...

This year was a first... we went Sun. through Thur.  And that worked GREAT! Everyone who was bolting for vacation on Friday or just leaving for the weekend... was still there.  

We probably had 50 different kids there throughout the week.  About 35 or so every night.  

It was a blast!

Sprint - it went pretty well.  I was nervous, but secretly had a ton of fun (shhh ... don't tell)

Alright kids, I'm off to ride my bike.  I think I might even sign up for a late season tri today.  We'll see. 

Sharkie - 2008-07-26 3:26 PM ugh.. i was just about to burn all our yard debris.. (we don't have a compost pile)..  found out there is a burn ban in effect..
