Are you implying that there are few good post padders on this team? From the looks of most of the logs we do more than talk! Last month, team Whips, Cattle Prods and Tiaras won BOTH the primary challenge (meeting workout goals), AND the secondary challenge (post padding). So yes, you're allowed to do both post padding and training.... Of course, you already knew that. |

Tonight is going to be a big b-day bash.... and even as a b-day girl I have to help out cleaning.... well well.... Didn't make a run yesterday, but put in close to 3.5 miles this morning... My boy friend ran with me... he is a runaholic and had some good advice for me... looks like I'm swinging my arms way too much... A good day is, when you go to bed at night und you learned something during the day... Good luck for everybody that is racing today... |
