heh. I think  I miss his because I like to read the opposing views. So I know anything that SweetK posts is an opposing view.

No one is going to change anyone's opinion on this board. If they do, that is very sad. People should go and READ and RESEARCH and not believe what people spew, on either side of the aisle. You can't trust what anyone says, here, in the papers, on the news....Just my humble opinion.

Hi. How've you been?

Hi. How've you been?

Oh, SSDD.  Doing my best to stay away from the people I know to avoid.  Working.  Running a little.  Usual stuff.

Good luck on the marathon this weekend, by the way.

Oh, thank you. I'm hoping the leg holds up. My hip flexor is not real happy after the last race. I just thought I would hate for Whizzzz to do her first mary alone. I'm run/walking it with her. Keep her moving...

I didn't realize this was her first.  Good on her.

Yeah, that's a conundrum.  Take it easy, stretch, best you can do really.  Don't be too dumb.

I've lost some of my race mojo.  No desire this year.  Hoping to gain some of it back by the end of the year, because it means I don't train as much.

That's a bummer. I was like that two weeks before Italy. I was SO ready to be done. After the race though I'm excited for next year. I made great gains in just two months time. I'm anxious for next year.

I hope you get your MOJO back.

I Got My Mojo Workin - GREAT blues track.

Can't remember who sang it though. Wanna say John Lee Hooker, but not sure. Might have been Muddy Waters.

It could be worse.

You could be toothless and stuck in a council meeting.

It can always be worse.

That would be a good trick.  If you figure it out, let me know.

Sadly, I don't argue politics.  I argue people's inability to debate.  That point seems lost sometimes.

You are just like my husband. If I didn't know what side he was on all the time I'd never figure it out by listening to him.
