Alright alright! I do help out the AM shift too (or PM depending on where everyone is). Goodnight! Carry this torch past 50 pages if you can. Imagine their faces in the morning if we get 10 pages ahead... (53 pages I think)

We're 100 posts ahead now.

I'd rather not imagine their faces, really, what would Ghoullies look like to be called that?

My bed time wish will be for it to STOP RAINING! I have become such a fair weather runner after moving here. Living in the UK I would run in the rain 75% of the time but in Australia, the slightest hint of rain and I find an excuse to do something else instead...

I have a gym membership and its only a 5min walk from me, plus theres mt indoors and so on....
To be honest I usually use the rain as an excuse to go to the gym and do a fun and girly aerobics class of some sort - they are my exercising guilty pleasure.

I know, as I wrote that I was wondering why on earth it makes me feel guilty! I think its because I might be laughed at by the guys at mt and it wouldn't go with my tough girl image, lol.

Reading the last few pages of the Ghoulie thread, they hit the posts saying hi to each other just to get back in front of us, then all went to bed

and they reckon we have no stamina

Hmmm, ok, better get this thing going if we want to get a few more pages in today...

What are everyones training plans for the weekend?
Personally I have a coaching session for swimming tomorrow (first one, Im hoping it will help me lots and motivate me to work harder at improving my swimming) and then this century ride on Sunday....hopefully the rain will have stopped by then at least!
